To create a web page you have to register the web site name. It is like buying a name for your web page. There are many options like $4, $5, $6 that You have to pay for your page. Then after that your own page is ready, but if are not ready to pay for your web page. There are many web hosting sites which allow you to upload your files to their computer, inreturn it acts as a server which displays your webpage to the rest of the world. But you won't get the page name like( ex: www.yourpagename.com), instead you will get their hosting service name with your web page name(ex: www.webhosting.yourpagename.com). Some Hosting server also put up advertising in your page. In some web hosting page you won't own your web page, as they put up their advertisement. So to completely own your web site buy it . Or some hosting services are advertising free. Beware Some might even be scam. While choosing a web hosting server see its review and compare it to many other hosting site, if you feel it's safe, only then you join the hosting page.
